What is flexible packaging?

Flexible packaging is non-rigid packaging — for example, a bag or pouch — that is used to protect a variety of different products. Unlike a rigid package like a box or jar, flexible packaging is “flexible” in nature and can easily change shape.

What type of flexible packaging do you produce?

We produce finished stand up pouches, lay flat pouches, and roll stock.

What is your turnaround time?

Once your artwork has been approved, finished pouches (including stand up pouches and lay flat pouches) will be shipped in 15 business days, and roll stock will be shipped in 10 business days.

What is your minimum order quantity?

This is a great question! We pride ourselves on having one of the lowest minimum order sizes in the industry. Each of our plants varies in their minimum order quantity, so we would love to chat with you to get you specific details based on the location of your company. Do you offer recyclable or compostable packaging?

Yes! We currently offer 100% recyclable films, and will soon be launching Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) films and Compostable films.

Do you offer custom pouch sizes? What about standard sizes?

Our sizes are fully customizable to fit your needs! We also offer standard sizes. Contact us for more information on sizing.

We use wide-web digital printing and can manufacture most pouch sizes. Our HP Indigo 20000 prints on frames of 29.125” wide with a 43.125” repeat. This allows for multiple images to be placed on one frame, or one pouch with print dimensions of 29.125” wide by 43.125” long.

A key feature of digital printing is “frame utilization”. The goal is to optimize frame utilization by adjusting the pouch dimension. Using as much of the frame as possible can have a significant effect on your cost.
